Lois B. Cole

Lois B. Cole, 83, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Crowne Health and Rehab.
Lois was born on Oct. 1, 1931, daughter of the late Lois Collins and Ernestine Brady. Lois was a very kind and gentle soul, she had a loving and generous heart and was always giving to others.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her three children, Leroy Cole (Nancy) of Andalusia, Charles Cole (Sherry) of Wetumpka and Kathy Hartzog (Steve) of Montgomery; six grandchildren, Joshua Cole (Stacy), Katie Machen (Rick), Scott Cole (Katie), Kim Moses (Aaron), Melissa Morrow (Ryan) and Kent Hartzog (Anna); 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Alice Mims (Donald); niece, Vicki Mozingo (Bobby); two great nieces, Amy and Paige Mozingo; and special friend Dorothy Hartzog.
Friends and relatives are invited for services in celebration of her life on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015. Visitation will be held Thursday morning at 10 a.m. until 11:30 am at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, in Montgomery. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma with her son, the Rev. Leroy Cole, officiating.
A special thank you to all the nurses and staff at Crowne Health and Rehab, her loving Sowers Sunday School class and all her sweet friends.
