Annie Grace Hubbard, 95, died Wednesday Jan. 7, 2015, Lake City, Fla. Grace was born Jan. 31, 1919 in Monroe County. Grace was fully devoted to her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Grace was preceded in death by her husband Jack Hubbard and daughter Linda Smith. She is survived by daughter Carol (Leroy) Dobbs, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.  Grace accepted Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Selma for over 60 years. She served in various church positions, but her greatest joy was teaching the senior ladies Sunday school class. She was dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ and her church. Funeral services will be in Selma at Lawrence Brown Service Funeral Home on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 11 a.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in New Live Oak, Cemetery in Selma with Rev. Leroy Dobbs, Jr. officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Adams, Robert Deas, J.V. Friday, Jimmy Friday, Norman Harris and Bo Harrison. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Grace may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church in Selma.
