Wayne A. Peeples Sr., age 55, resident of Selma died on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at his residence.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, 12 p.m. at Potter’s Place, officiated by Bishop William Stone. Burial in Fairlawn Memory Garden will be directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Preceded in death by: father, Eddie Peeples; mother, Mary Fuller Blackman; grandson, Wayne A. Peeples, III. Survivors include: spouse, Dianne Peeples; stepfather, the Rev. David Blackman; son, Wayne A. Peeples, II (Marisol); daughters, LaKeshia (Frederick) Harrison and Mary Peeples; brothers, Edwin (Deborah) Peeples, (Selma); Danny (Brenda) Peeples of Holland, Mich.; Kenneth (Patrice) Peeples of North Charleston, S.C.; sister, Tracy Oden of  Pensacola, Fla.; two grandchildren, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, three brothers-in-law, eight sisters-in-law; mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Harrison;  and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
