Alyce Virginia Guthrie, age 79, of Selma, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Johnie “Bud” Guthrie; son: Stevan Guthrie; and sister: Pat McPhee.

Mrs. Guthrie is survived by her sons: Bruce Guthrie (Debbie), John Guthrie; daughters: Gail Ezelle (Leon), Trish Guthrie, Ruth Guthrie, brothers: Boyce Sweat (Marcel) of Tampa, FL, Jackie Bailey (Pat); 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Lawrence Brown Service Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Bailey officiating.
