Mozelle Moore Marchant, 97 of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, died on October 30, 2014, at Heritage Health Care. Services will be held Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Memory Hill Gardens with Chaplain Don Sanders, Southern Care, officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by  a son, Dallas W. Marchant (Betty) of Hawkinsville, GA; Sisters, Betty Moore, Valley Grande, Alabama and Buena M. Gray of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Services  directed by Memory Hill Gardens.

Mozelle was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. After she married, she and her husband, Carl, moved to Selma, Alabama, where she worked at Craig Air Force Base. Later, they retired and returned to Tuscaloosa.

Pallbearers are Velon Gray, Neal Gray, Buddy Moore, Danny MacCartney & Howard Hawkins. Honorary Pallbearers are Station 2 at Heritage Health Care and Southern Care Hospice.
