John Machen Damoth, 41, a resident of  Prattville,Alabama, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 16, 2014. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 1:15 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo,Alabama with Reverend Bob McLeod officiating.

Mr. Damoth was preceded in death by his father, John Damoth. He is survived by his loving wife, April Damoth;two daughters, Logan Michelle Damoth and Ella Claire Damoth; two sons, John Carter  Damoth and Bo Parker Damoth; mother,Bobby Wheeler(Steve); one sister, Janna Damoth Bradford (Keith);one step-sister, Emily Wheeler Windham (Tyler);one brother, Jason  Edward Damoth; stepmother, Vikki Damoth; in-laws, Harry and Lynn Dismukes; extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Joe Lee Griffing Hope Lodge, 1104 Ireland Way, Birmingham, AL., 35205. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial Chapel on Monday, October 20, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
