Frances Evelyn Rainwater, age 84, of Selma, AL, passed away August 15, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Levada Davis; husband, Herbert Lee Rainwater; sons, Steven Lee Rainwater and David Rainwater, grandson, Daniel Rainwater, brothers, Coy Davis and Ralph Davis and daughter-in-law, Carol Rainwater.

Surviving are her daughters, Linda (Bobby) Busby and Karen (Robbie) Lee; brother, Rayburn Davis; sisters, Josephine Travis and Eloise Redd; grandchildren, Rodney Rainwater, Stephanie Crawford, Lee Busby, Sam Mott, Krista Hilton and Candace Stoudenmire; fourteen grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clarke Skelton officiating.  Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 2-3:30 p.m.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
