Ms. Catherine Murray, 86, resident of Selma, passed away March 17, 2014 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held March 30, 2014, 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Joshua Davis. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by parents, Matilda and William Murry; sons, Tommy (Roberta) Murry, Eddie (Cora) Murry, Cedric Murry, Gregory Murry, and Christopher (Lisa) Murry; two daughters, Elizabeth Murry and Mattie (Jonathan) Grievous; brother, Jerry (Josephine) Murry; sister, Martha Johnson; forty three grandchildren, forty three great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, a host of nieces and nephews; special niece, Lula Hatcher.
