Mr. Theodore Parker, 77, resident of Selma, passed away May 7, 2013, at his home. Services are scheduled for May 13, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at Phillip Grove Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Kirk Ellison. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Katie M. Parker; mother, Mattie Parker; three sons, Gregory Parker (Cynitha), Michael (Jackie) Smith, and Theodore Parker Jr.; three daughters, Brenda Johnson (Ronald), Gloria Davis (Walter); Jacqueline Hurt (Bobby); four brothers, Eddie Parker, Walter Parker, Archie Parker, and Louis Parker; five sisters, Lelie Shivers, Mattie Parker, Alma Jean, Vera Mae, Ethel Lene; twenty two grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren, three sons-in-laws, two daughters-in-laws, one brother-in-law four sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Gibson, Kelvin Gibson, Lovell Reynolds, family and friends.
