Melba E. Houser Curry, 50, resident of Moss Point, MS, passed away February 19, 2013 in Pascagoula, MS. Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 2, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church officiated by Elder Corine Gooden. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memorial Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death parents, Britt and Carrie Houser; nephew, Errol Brown; aunts, Bertha Pearson, and Mary Houser.

She is survived by spouse Donald Curry, Moss Point, MS; son; Bruce Houser, Pascagoula, MS.; daughters, LaToya (Joenathan) Clay, Montgomery, AL, Demisha (Edward) Barnes, Pascagoula,MS, Ebony Houser, Pascagoula,MS.; brothers, Britt (Loraine) Houser, Jr., Pascagoula,MS, and Reginald (Cynthia) Houser; sisters, Marie (Arthur) Brown and Carolyn (James) Ford, all of Selma, AL; eleven grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, four brothers-in-laws, and three sisters-in-laws.
