Grand jury indicts 10 in Perry County

The Fourth Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force, Perry County Sheriff Department and ABC Board made several arrests last weekend, including those of at least 10 people who were picked up on grand jury indictment warrants.
Reggie Lewis, of Uniontown, was arrested on two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Frederick Gary, of Uniontown, was arrested on four counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana first and use/ possession of drug paraphernalia.
Libert Smith, of Uniontown, was arrested on two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Leroy Walker, of Uniontown, was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Frederick Lewis, of Uniontown, was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Demario Maiten, of Uniontown, was arrested on five counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana first.
Derrick Foster, of Uniontown, was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Frederick Owens, of Uniontown, was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Yul Jones and Jermaine Jones were picked up on possession of marijuana charges in the midst of the Grand Jury Indictment Warrants round up.
Other arrests will be made at a later date.
