Mr. Willie “Billy” McDonald, 64, a resident of Detroit, formerly of Selma, died May 22, 2012 at St. John’s Hospital in Detroit.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 29 at 1 p.m. at Grant Chapel AME Zion with Rev. Marion Brock Jr. Burial will follow at Summerfield Community Cemetery. Miller Funeral Service Inc. is directing.

Survivors include fiancé Delores Borden; mother, Rosie McDonald; one son, Nicholas Washington; one daughter, Delicia McDonald; two brothers, Dennis (Bertha) McDonald and Samuel (Connie) McDonald; one granddaughter, Dar’ Relle Williams; six sisters, Lucinda (Cecil) Richards, Carolyn Lee, Roberta (Tommie) Murry, Lee (Arthur) Dixon, Annette (Jessie) Ford and Linda McDonald; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
