Katie Bertha Moseley, born July 26, 1922, age 89, of Selma, passed away Tuesday May1, 2012 at Park Place Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Minor Clayton Moseley and Katie White Oak Moseley; brothers, Carl Benney Moseley, Arthur Wilford Moseley, Henry Howard Moseley, Clayton Ellis Moseley, Tommie L. Moseley, Sr., Woodfin Pry Moseley; sisters, Sadie Bell Moseley, Annie Susie Moseley Lester and Mary Bell Hughey. She is survived by her son, James Wilbur Moseley; sister-in-law, Ardis Ruth Moseley; a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and special friend Mary Estes.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday May 3, 2012 at Ocmulgee Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Tommy Fancher officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Ocmulgee Baptist Church Cemetery.
