Mr. Kent Carrington, 62, resident of Selma, passed away at February 27, 2012 at Jackson hospital. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses officiated by Pastor Robert Blevins, directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include parents, George and Mildred Carrington; four sons, Kenneth Carrington, Yal Carrington, Chris Carrington, and Curtis Carrington; four brothers, James Carrington, Kirk Carrington, Django Carrington, and Tony Carrington; four sisters, Ethel Archiebald, Pamela Bostick, Chanetta Thompson, and Yma Carrington; twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild, two daughters-in-laws, three brothers-in-laws, three sisters-in-laws, and a host of nieces and nephews; close friends, Amos Lowery and Arlene Scott-Taylor.
