Quincia E. Fulford, 70, a resident of Selma passed February 17, 2012. Services are scheduled for 2:30pm Sunday February 26, 2012 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Pastor R. S. Norman, III officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery directed by J. H. Williams & Sons Funeral Home.
