William Merritt “Rusty” Boyd, Jr., age 52, of Montgomery, AL, passed away February 13, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Boyd.

Surviving are his father, William M. Boyd, Sr.; children, Merritt (Brian) Burton, Joshua Boyd and Elizabeth Boyd; sisters, Donna (Richard) Julian and Linda (Earl Irwin) Dunklin, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Friday, February 17, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Alan Yarbrough officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be prior to the service at Selma Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
