Crum agrees, and believes the event will bring healing to the nation in many ways.

“I am honored that Congresswoman Sewell invited me to attend the National Prayer Breakfast,” Crum said. “The event is one that will breathe the spirit of restoration to our nation both spiritually and financially.”

The National Prayer Breakfast is a bi-partisan event held in Washington DC on the first Thursday of February each year. The breakfast, held inside the Hilton Hotel’s International Ballroom, is attended by some 3,500 guests that also include invitees from more than 100 countries. Hosted by members of U.S. Congress, it is also organized by The Fellowship Foundation, a Christian organization.

President Barack and first lady Michelle Obama were also in attendance. Obama was the keynote speaker.
