James Albert Tolar, Jr., 76, resident of Marion, passed away December 25, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be December 28, 2011,  10:30 a.m. at Pine Crest Memorial Gardens in Marion officiated by Reverend James Waters and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.

Survivors include sons, James Michael Tolar (Debra) Gainesville, FL., Gregory Eugene Tolar (Lori), Autaugaville, AL., Andrew Frank Tolar (Lisa), Montgomery, AL, Henry Howard Tolar and Dean Robert Tolar, both of Marion; grandchildren, Caeli Tolar, Zachary Tolar, Ara Ruth Tolar, and Pierce Tolar all of Gainesville, FL, Ragan Livingston (Mitch) of Autaugaville, AL., Reid Tolar (Ashley) of Prattville, AL, Andrew Tolar and Emily Tolar of Montgomery; great grandchild, Audrey Deane Tolar, Autaugaville, AL; sister, Jewell Tolar Cook (Howard) of Marion, AL.
