Ms. Patricia Shanklin, 55, resident of Selma, passed away December 7, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Hospital, Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2011, 12:00 noon at Morning Star Baptist Church officiated by Rev. B.T. Booker. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She was preceded in death by parents;  brother, Bill Walker

Survivors include spouse, Vincent Shanklin; son, Terrance Kentrell Shanklin;  brothers, George Walker,

Melvin Walker, and William Walker; one sister-in-law, three nieces, one nephew, three aunts, two great nephews, and a host of cousins.
