Earnest L. Moorer (Pap), age 63, of Selma, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011 in Selma.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at Selmont Community Baptist Church at noon with Rev. D.L. Smith officiating. Burial will be at Fairlawn with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. directing.

Earnest is preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Emma Moorer.

Survivors include his wife, Clara W. Moorer; sons, Maceo Moorer, Earnest Moorer III and Dorian S. Williams; daughter, Tiffany Moorer Tolbert; brothers, Orven Moorer, Robert Moorer, Willie Moorer, Clarence Moorer; sisters, Cora Taylor, Clara Rumph, Pearlie Glover, Hattie Pullom, Delvis Fails, Annie Robinson; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
