John C. Smith, 69, resident of Selma, passed away October 4, 2011 in Jackson Hospital, Montgomery, AL. Services will be held October 8, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at New Selmont Baptist Church officiated by Rev. David Perry. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.
