Mr. John C. Savage, 58, resident of Selma, passed away August 10, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held Friday, August 19, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Miller Funeral Service Chapel, Selma officiated by Rev. G. C. Williams. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemtery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include a devoted companion, Wanda Perkins; five brothers, Joe (Mattie) Savage, Sr., James (Jackie) Savage, Jimmy (Trudie) Savage, Robert (Willie Lee) Savage, and Stephen Savage; three sisters, Bessie Spivey, Mary (Clarence) Wilson, Lucy (Pearl) Thomas; one uncle, George Savage.Other relatives include a host of nieces and nephews.
