Mr. Lewis Scott, 74, resident of Selma, passed away July 4, 2011  at Park Place Nursing Home. Services are scheduled  for Sunday, July 10, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Siloam Baptist Church officiated by Rev. John Lumpkin. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse Clara Walker Scott; two daughters, Frazzie Scott Griffin and Tonda Savage; two brothers, Cleveland Scott and Tyrome Smith; four sisters, Sallie Holliday, Evelyn Reese, Sara Woods, and Mamie Stevens; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one son-in-law, five brothers-in-laws, three sisters-in-laws, eleven nieces, and five nephews.
