Mr. John H. Fails, 75, resident of Selma, passed away July 2, 2011 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church officiated by Pastor John L. Ward. Burial will follow in Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Gertrude ails; five sons, Robert (Brenda) Fails, John (Linda) Fails, Willie Fails, Elder L. Allen (Sonya) Fails, and Vincent Fails; five daughters, Peggy Martin, Deloise (Harry) Smith, Christine Fails-Raymond, Mary (Rehobeth) Hives, and Barbara Hill; two brothers, three sisters, nineteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a host of daughters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, sons-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

Other relatives include a loving mother-in-law Martha Berry.
