Guy “Fred” Fredrick Smith Jr., age 66, of Burkville, AL passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 6, 2011 at Burkville Memorial United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home on Sunday, June 5 from 4-6 p.m.
