Charlie Francis Hughes, age 86, of Selma, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Charles J. Hughes Jr. and Christine F. Donovan; and sister: Rosemary Hughes.

Mr. Hughes is survived by: Charlie’s Angles- Tina and Paula and their spouses George and Wayne and their children Taylor, Cory and Nick; cousins: Enyon (Susan) Hughes, Massie (Diane) Hughes, Frank (Pat) Dolph, and other family and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Lawrence Brown-Service directing. Visitation will be from 10 – 11 on Saturday prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be: George Hayes, Ronnie Harrell, Wayne Barlow, Kyle Cleckler, Kenny Getchell, and Jackie Cleckler.
