Mrs. Mary G. Tate, 86, resident of Selma, passed away March 17, 2011 at Park Place Nursing Facility. Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2011, 12:00 noon at Morning Star Baptist Church, Selma officiated by Rev. Booker T. Booker. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include daughters, Jackie (Tommy) Smith, Cheryl Williams, and Cora A. (Fred) Weeks; brothers, Terry Gamble and Sidney Gamble Jr.; twenty-two grandchildren, fifty-four great grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephew, and friends.
