Jane Ella Jackson-Gunn, 58, resident of Selma, passed away March 15, 2011. Services are scheduled for March 26, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist  officiated by Rev. Tommie Jones. Burial will follow in Mount Gillard Baptist Church directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She was preceded in death by spouse, Jim Gunn; parents, Jessie and Elizabeth Jackson; two sisters, Cora Fitzpaterick and Brenda Tucker.

Survivors include four sons, Fredrick Gunn, Morgan (Lori) Gunn, KY, Ohio, Jamie Gunn, Jacarlo (Angela) Gunn all of Selma; one daughter, Mary (Tommie) Gunn of Selma; four brothers, L.J. (Adella) Jackson, J.C. (Marie) Jackson of Selma, Marvin (Everline) Jackson, Phoenix City, AL, Alfreddie Carey of Selma, Alonzo Carey of Macon, GA.; five grandchildren, Wykeshia (Charles) Johnson; Jamie Johnson, Mateein Gunn, Javeon Gunn, and Jareon Gunn; one great grandchild, Smiahy Carter.
