Mr. James Cleveland, 66, resident of Selma, passed away February 28, 2011 in Selma. Services are scheduled for March 5, 201, 12:00 p.m. at Selma University Auditorium officiated by Dr. Alvin Cleveland Sr. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse Archie Cleveland; son Darrell Cleveland of Chicago, IL.; daughter, Michelle (Leroy) Rogers f Chicago, IL.; stepdaughter, Regina (Leonard) Walker of Selma; goddaughter, Brittney McGee of Birmingham, AL; three brothers, Dr. Alvin A. (Jackie) Cleveland of Mobile; Arthur and Michael Cleveland of Chicago, IL.; five sisters, Lillie Mae Peoples of Silver Springs, MD., Belzora Hunter, Louvenia Williams, Chicago, IL., Arabella (Frank) of Maywood, IL., and Bessie Tawio of Nigeria, Africa; four grandchildren, one great grandchild, two sons-in-laws, three brothers-in-laws, five sister-in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
