Gas prices 66.7 cents higher than last year

AlabamaGasPrices.com reports Monday average retail gasoline prices in Alabama have risen 24.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.28 per gallon.
Including the change in gas prices recorded Sunday in Alabama, prices were 66.7 center per gallon higher than the same day a year ago and 32.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
Nationally, the average over the week has increated 17.0 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.34 per gallon, according to Alabama GasPrices.com.
The national average increased 25.3 cents per gallon during the last month and stands at 64.9 cents per gallon higher than recorded Sunday a year ago.
According to www.fuelmeup.com, the lowest gasoline prices for regular unleaded in Selma on Monday morning were:
