Diane Jackson ,59, resident of Selma, AL, passed away January 25, 2011 in Birmingham, AL. Services are scheduled for February 5, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Camp Creek Church offciated by Pastor Roderick Smith. Burial will follow in Camp Creek

She was preceded in death by spouse, Roosevelt Jackson; parents, Louise Smith and R.C. Smith; brother, R.C. Smith.

Survivors include two sons, Derrick Jackson of Montgomery, AL, Cedric Averhart of Selma; three daughters, Alicia Averhart, Victori Jackson, and Tannikki Jackson all of Selma; brothers, Cecil Smith and Charles Smith; four sisters, Annie Myers, Lucille Brown, Barbara Smith, and Doris Smith; twenty-five grandchildren, three sons-in-laws, two daughters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws, two sisters-in-laws, sixteen nieces, fourteen nephews, and a special friend, Micheal Simpson.
