James Stewart, 50, resident of Selma, Alabama passed away December 4, 2010 in Selma. Services are scheduled for December 11, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olive No. 1 Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Eugene Taylor. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include mother, Elizabeth King; one son, Christopher Surles; two brothers, William King and Clint Stewart; two sisters, Dorothy Weaver and Mary Stewart; three grandchildren, one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, a host of nieces and nephews. Other relatives include uncle, L.L. Curry. Pallbearers will be nephews.
