Mr. Kirk Peoples, 75, resident of Lowndes County passed away December 2, 2010 at Baptist South, Montgomery, Alabama. Services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2010, 12:00 noon at Shiloh Baptist Church in Gordonville, officiated by Pastor Kirk Peoples, Jr. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Janie Mae Peoples; six sons, Kirk Peoples, Jr., Renwick D. Peoples, Roosevelt Peoples, Dexter E. Peoples, Dickerson Peoples, and Cornelius T. Peoples; four daughters, Barbara D. Callens, Dorothy E. Clark, Theresa Peoples, and Stephanie D. Peoples; three brothers, Roosevelt Peoples, James Peoples, and Lee Thomas Peoples; three sisters, Fannie Mae Dudley, Beactrice Holman, and Flossie Martin; thirty-six grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, one son-in-law, six daughters-in-laws, five brothers-in-laws, four sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews.
