Mr. Horace Dickerson Sr., 90, resident of Autaugaville, Alabama passed away November 22, 2010 at Jackson Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, November 27, 2010, 12:00 p.m. at St. Matthews Church officiated by Pastor James Peoples. Burial will follow in Old Pine Grove Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

He was preceded in death by spouse Pearlie Mae Dickerson; parents, Willis and Alice Dickerson; two sisters, Lucille Quarles and Corene Nixon.

Survivors include sons, Horace, Jr. (Evelyn) Dickerson and Willie, Sr. (Geraldine) Dickerson; daughter, Bertha (John) Palmer; sixteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, one son-in-law, two daughters-in-laws, five sisters-in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
