Mrs. Louise M. Smith, 84, resident of Selma, Alabama passed away October 26, 2010 in Selma. Services are scheduled for November 6, 2010, 12:00 noon at Camp Creek Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Roy McQueen. Burial will follow in Church Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She was preceded in death by spouse R.C Smith, Sr.; parents, Charlie and Betty Mealing.

Survivors include three sons, R.C. Smith Jr., Cecil Smith, and Charles Woosie Smith; five daughters, Annie (Robert) Myers, Diane Jackson, Lucille (Hozell) Brown, Barbara Smith Woodyard, Doris “Riley” Smith (Melvin); two brothers, John Mealing, and George (Clara) Mealing; one sister, Lucille Dawson; a devoted companion, Sam Evans; one hundred grandchildren, one hundred great grandchildren, fifty great-great grandchildren, five sons-in-laws, two daughters-in-laws, five brothers-in-laws, nine sisters-in-laws, five nieces, twenty-five nephews. Other relatives include a God daughter, Betty Mason; devoted cousins, Edith Maxwell and Buddy Olds.
