Mr. Lawrence Hunter Steen, 61, resident of Selma, Alabama passed away October 5, 2010 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Saturday, October16, 2010, 12:00 noon at Miller Funeral Service Chapel in Selma, Alabama officiated by Pastor Willie Wright.

Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery, Sardis, Alabama directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include parents, Lola Steen and stepfather Corvin Moore; six sons, Tynan Perry, Travis Perry, Kendopolis (Frida) Haynes, Lawrence Steen, Jr., Octavious Gordon, and Lawrence Hunter, Jr.; three stepchildren, Marquice Madison, Latonya Madison, Chico (Keytorie) Madison; devoted and loving friend of 22 years, Mary Sanders; two brothers, Herbert Hunter and A.C. Hunter; one sister, Eloise Hunter; special nephew, Richard Davis; two grandchildren, and host of nieces and nephews.
