Zannie Lee Murphy, Jr. age, 66, of Selma, AL, passed away October 11, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents Zannie Lee Murphy, Sr. and Helen Rivers Beverly.

He is survived by his brother, Charles E. (Merinda) Dennis; sisters, Lennie Murphy Malion, Emmie Jo (Donald) Posey, Carol Rowe and Brenda Ammons and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Crosspoint Christian Church at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Alan Yarbrough and Rev. Ken Scott officiating.

Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, October 13, 2010 from 5-7:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Butch Washburn, Donnie Boozer, Jerry Hatfield, Eugene Howell, Bill Manderson and Chip Martin.
