The Tuscaloosa News has reported one for the books. On Saturday, a couple of guys sold some counterfeit tickets to folks outside the gates of the Alabama -Penn State football game. The folks who purchased the tickets reported their misfortune to police, who walked up to the car where the fleeced purchasers pointed out the two men who had sold them the faux tickets.

As the police walked up, the car sped off. Officers enlisted the help of the police department helicopter which was flying over the stadium, anyway (what a beautiful view, wouldn’t you think?). The officers in the helicopter kept the officers on the ground informed of the car’s route.

In the end, the two fellows were nabbed, charged and placed in jail.
