Mrs. Lucy M. Hill, 93, resident of Selma, Alabama passed away on May 22, 2010 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Sunday, May 30, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Beach Island Missionary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Sammy L. McDole, Sr.. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens with Miller Funeral Home directing.
She is preceded in death by spouse Gentle Hill, Sr.; parents, John and Sarah Della Steele.
Survivors include five sons, Timothy Hill ( Lillian), Lorenzo hill (Mary), Gentle Hill, Jr., Gregory Hill (Vivian), and Christopher Hill; six daughters, Sarah M. Seals, Lucy M. Cleveland (Glenn) ,Louise Y, Johnson, Patricia A. Robertson (Willie C., deceased), Lela Stewart, and Lucille Hill (deceased). Other relatives include nineteen grandchildren, thirty nine great grandchildren, eighteen great great grandchildren, one son-in-law, three daughters-in-laws, one sister-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.
