DEVELOPING STORY — Tornado Watch in effect until 2 a.m.

A tornado watch is in effect for Dallas, Lowndes, Perry, Marengo and other counties in the Black Belt until 8 p.m. Wednesday.
A flood warning continues also for the Cahaba River from around Suttle upstream.
Heavy rainfall of 4-to-6 inches has fallen over portions of the upper Cahaba River Basin.
