Minnie Lou Rasberry 74, of Valley Grande, AL died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at her home. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Bethel Baptist Church with Jonathon Payne offici-ating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Rasberry was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy William Rasberry, and her son, James “Possum” Rasberry. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Jay) Fisher of Selma; grandchildren, John Tyler Fisher, Branden Rasberry, and Melia Bass; brother, James Earl (Pat) Jackson of West Blockton, AL; and numerous other relatives and friends.
