Jerry Earl Smith, 58, of Batavia, New York, died December 9, 2009 at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, New York. Services were held December 22, 2009 at 12:00pm at New Generations Christian Center officiated by Pastor Allen Barnett. Burial followed in I Found Him Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Inc.
Survivors include parents, Lawrence and Cassie Smith; six sons, Edward, Tyrone, Darnell and Maurice Woods, Jerry Jr. and Terry Smith; four daughters, Debbie and Angie Woods, Regina and Kesha Smith; five brothers, Lawrence Jr., Lonzo, William, Marchel, and John Smith; eight sisters, Ada Moore, Catherine Frison (deceased), Angeles Snow, Gloria Evans, Rosie
Wooten, Joyce Brown, Renea Cole, and Karen Smith; and a host of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers included his brothers.
