Mr. Ricky Benjamin, 56, of Buffalo, New York, died October 28, 2009 in Buffalo, New York. Services are scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Gregory Fuller and Dr. L. L. Ruffin. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include his wife, Ruthie; his mother, Ms. Sarah Mixon Benjamin; one son, Eric Benjamin; five brothers, Henry (Lucille) Mixon, John Benjamin, Willie Benjamin, Earl (Margaret) Benjamin, Eddie (Jackie) Benjamin; three sisters, Mary (Harold) Easley, Dorothy (Thomas) Reid, and Bernice (Rev. Jimmie) Coleman; two grandchildren; two aunts; two uncles; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
