Sister Mildred Pickens Mason, 84, of Selma, Alabama, died October 25, 2009 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at New Bride Baptist officiated by Rev. Curtis Jackson.
Survivors include one adopted son, Horace Rembert; four brothers, Thomas (Ruth) Robbins of Detroit, Rev. Joseph Robbins, Sr. of Columbus, GA, Herbert (Betty) Robbins of Akron, OH, and Rev. James Robbins, Sr. of Midway, AL; five sisters, Sadie (Frank, Sr.) Weathers, Revell (Albert) Harris, Gertrude (Ralph) Cade all of Detroit, Anne Cunningham of Clinton, MD, and Lela Pugh of Midway, AL; two sisters-in-law; a host of nieces and nephews; three aunts; and special cousins, Lewis and Barbara Williams.
