Mathew Smith, 74, of Benton, AL, died September 27, 2009 in Benton.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Helping Hands Bible Ministry officiated by Pastor John C. Smith.
Burial will follow in Benton Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include two sons, Matthew C. Smith, Jr. and John C. Smith; three daughters, Annie Bell Shirley O’Bryant and Lillie Smith; three brothers, Abraham, Joseph, and Dan; three sisters, Mary Butler, Vida Denkins, and Martha Williams; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one son-in-law; one daughter-in-law; two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; sixteen nieces; and twelve nephews.
