Madison Williams Harris, 98, a resident of Safford, Alabama died August 10, 2009 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for August 15th, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at the Christian Light Baptist Church in Safford, AL. with Rev. Alex Tenner Jr. officiating. Burial will be held in the Church Yard Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include one son, Madison Harris Jr.; eight daughters, Katherline Craig, Roberta Coleman, Sarah Young, Mary Franklin, Susie Maxwell, Marion Mack, Belinda Harris, and Carolyn Goode; one brother, Albert Williams; twenty-nine grandchildren, seven son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.
