Mr. Felix Moore a resident of Dallas County died July 28, 2009 at Warren Manor Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for August 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the New Bride Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Curtis Jackson. Burial will follow in the Town Creek Cemetery directed by Walker Mortuary.
Survivors include three sons, Tommie (Julia) Moore, Felix (Daisy) Moore, and Wayne (Rosa) Dillard; one daughter, Emma Griffin; fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and four daughter-in-laws. Other relatives include Hegla Moore of Columbus, GA., and a special cousin Juanita Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be family and friends.
He served as a faithful church member until his health failed. He was one soldier that really loved and trusted the Lord.
