Walter Ronald “Ronnie” Lambert, age 52 of Selma, passed away on Thursday July 2, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held on Monday July 6, 2009 in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rod Rochester officiating at 1:00 p.m. with burial following at New Live Oak Cemetery.
Mr. Lambert is survived by his wife, Teresa Lambert of Selma, his mother, Lorine Lambert, his daughters, Rayne (Jason) Horton of Prattville and Maegan Lambert of Tuscaloosa, his two grandchildren, Delaney and Kadence Horton, his brothers-in-law, Steve Holland and Larry Holland, sisters-in-law, Tracye Howe, Bobbye Smitherman, Becky Lipham (Ronnie), and his mother-in-law, Dorothye Jackson.
Pallbearers will be Rocky Howell, Tony Sanchez, Bobby Brown, Tim Hubbard, George Henry, and Jim Vansandt.
Honorary pallbearers will be David Corey, David Lassiter, Johnny Nash, Ricky Rawlins, Calvin Ross, and Roger Goodman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday July 5, 2009 at the funeral home from 6-8.
