On June 19, 2009, the Lord picked up the book of life and saw Earnest Lee (Nunte or Hard Rolla) Sigler and called him home.
Services are scheduled for Sunday, July 5, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Isabella Missionary Baptist Church, Tyler, AL with Rev. Demarrio L. Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Davis Funeral Home, Prattville, AL directing.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie James and Ida Mae Sigler; two nephews, Herman Donell People Sigler and Sherman Odell Sigler.
He leaves to cherish wonderful memories eight sisters, Willie Mae Sigler, Gussie (Eugene) Merriweather, Ruthie Sigler, all of Syracuse, New York, Lucillie Chatman,
Bernice Johnson, Carolyn Sigler, Rillar Thigpen and Linda Jones, all of Selma, Alabama; five brothers, Robert James Sigler, Syracuse, New York, Joe (Dorothy) Sigler, Tampa,
FL, Morris (Mattie) Sigler, Otis (Debra) Thigpen, Roosevelt (Manee) Sigler, all of Selma, Alabama; a devoted cousin, Lee Earnest Sigler; a special nephew, Tavari Bellamy; two special nieces, Lalia Coleman and Ashantis Bellamy; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and very good friends.
