Louise D. Jenkins, 69, of Montgomery, AL died June 14, 2009 at Baptist South Hospital. Services are scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Miller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor James Peoples of St. Matthew Baptist Church, Selma, AL. Burial will follow at Mallard Chapel AME Church in Autaugaville, AL under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Martin; her parents, Lillie Cain and Early DeBardelaben; and one brother, David Carrick.
Survivors included one daughter, Dedra Lonon of Jackson, TN; two brothers, Arthur Lamar of Detroit, MI and Early DeBardelaben, Jr. of Minneapolis, MN; one sister, Evelyn D. Burns, of Autaugaville, AL; two grandchildren; one son-in-law; one brother-in-law, Frank L. Burns of Autaugaville, AL; three sisters-in-law, Lela Carrick of Montgomery, AL, Dedra Lamar of Detroit, MI, and Helen DeBardelaben of Minneapolis, MN; and a host of cousins and friends.
